This website, tool and/or application (the “Tool”) is considered unsupported pre-production prototype, undergoing further development, and provided solely on an “AS IS” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any use of the Tool is subject to your sole responsibility. You may not access or use the Tool for any illegal or offensive purposes, such as to contribute, generate, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is harmful, fraudulent, is infringing upon any third- party’s rights, supportive of or promoting violence, indecent, obscene or defamatory. If you choose to integrate a logo and/or trademark to be displayed on the generated image, you hereby represent that you have sufficient rights to do so. Integrating any logo and/or trademark without appropriate authorization is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the Tool is at your own risk and you acknowledge that Final Touch is not under any obligation to continue supporting the Tool, and may at any time, temporarily or permanently, suspend the use of the Tool or a portion thereof, at its sole discretion. Final Touch shall not be responsible and expressly disclaims any and all liability with respect to the Tool and your use, including regarding the accuracy, completeness, correctness or reliability of the content and images contained in or generated using the Tool.

Any information provided by you through your use of the Tool will be handled in accordance with the following Privacy Policy.
